Casa Josef is a tastefully furnished & decorated single storey villa with sea views and wheelchair access. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned & heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans. Master bedroom has safe.
The well equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher & microwave. The utility room has automatic washer, storage, iron and ironing board.
The lounge/diner has a feature marble fireplace with
log burning stove. Variable speed ceiling fans. It is well furnished
with comfortable sofas and chairs, 28" TV, Video, DVD player with
a selection of over 50 films, Stereo Radio/CD player & Sky TV.
Large patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered patio area with
fridge and football table, which in turn leads to a large pool and terrace
which is fully equipped with sun loungers. The pool is large and filtered
and has a fresh water shower. There is a tree shaded barbecue area with
brick built barbecue.
The villa is located within easy walking distance of Guia village where there are highly recommended restaurants and bars. There are also numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods. There is also a well stocked supermarket.
Sir Cliff Richard's Villa and Vinyards are a short distance from the villa. There are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellars
The villa is approximately ½ mile from the main N125 motorway, which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sport. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately 1 mile away. The centre has Multi Screen Cinema (showing latest International Films), Bowling Alley, 32 restaurants and bars and numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops. The Algarve's most popular resort of Albufeira is 3 miles away. Local golf courses are also approximately 3 miles from the villa.
