There is a covered barbecue area overlooking the pool with dining table chairs and fridge.

The villa is located within walking distance of Guia village where there are highly recommended restaurants and bars. There are also numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods. There is also a well stocked supermarket.

Sir Cliff Richard's Villa and Vinyards are adjacent to the villa. There are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellars

The villa is approximately ¼ mile from the main N125 motorway, which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside with spectacular views and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sport. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately ¼ mile away. The centre has Multi Screen Cinema (showing latest International Films), Bowling Alley, 32 restaurants and bars and numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops. The Algarve's most popular resort of Albufeira is 2 miles away. Local golf courses are also approximately 2 miles from the villa.
